operates the 11th Avenue Inn : David Williams has been the
owner of the Inn since 2005, and does the phone and email reservations. He lives in the house
next to the Inn, and has lived within a few blocks of the Inn for the
past 18 years. Tominda is the innkeeper, and she cooks and
cleans.
Ben helps with the housekeeping.
Who stays at the 11th Avenue Inn : These numbers are not scientific but give you an idea: 75% from the
USA, 15% from Canada, and 10% from the rest of the world. 30%
visiting family/friends in the neighborhood, 30% in
town for business or a conference, and 40% on vacation exploring the city.
Everyone is welcome. All sorts of travelers who want to enjoy a good value at a
