Check-in : Check-in is at a scheduled time (+/- 30 minutes) between 10AM and Midnight. Your room will be ready by 3PM, and you can arrive at the Inn as early as 10AM to drop bags, get keys, park your car, make yourself at home, or go about your day. Please provide us with your estimated arrival time when you make a reservation.

Check-out : Check out of the room is 11AM so we can prepare the room for incoming guests. You are welcome to store your luggage, make yourself at home, and leave your car parked at the Inn for as long as you would like after room check-out.

Minimum Stays : We sometimes have minimum stay requirements for staffing reasons. We end up full most nights of the year, and we have a small staff. In order to maintain our standards and to take care of guests when we are busy, we can only accommodate a limited number of check-ins and check-outs each day. Thanks for understanding. (optional because it hasn’t really been a problem : Please do not book for more nights than you will stay.)

Maximum Occupancy / Groups : No more than 2 guests per room please. Some rooms have both a queen bed and a twin bed in order to accommodate 2 travel companions who would like to sleep in separate beds. No more than 2 rooms to a group please. Our facilities are not able to accommodate larger groups. (other : Our guests enjoy their stays better when we don’t have groups staying with us, so we can’t offer more than 2 rooms to a group).

Availability, Rates, Reservations : You can check availability and rates, and make a reservation, by clicking the Reservation button. If we don’t have a room for your exact dates, and your dates are flexible, please try some other dates, a shorter stay (stay with us for part of your visit), or a longer stay (to meet a minimum stay requirement). We are a small inn and our guests sometimes switch rooms during a stay. If you see that we have one room available for part of your stay, and a different room for the other part, we might be able to accommodate you if you switch rooms. Rates are typically lower mid-week compared to weekends. Rates are lowest Nov-Feb and highest Jun-Sep.

Deposit : We charge the first night to a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card as a deposit, or 2 nights charge for visits of 5 or more nights. The balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellations : Cancelling, changing, or shortening a stay is difficult for us and will result in a $50 charge for stays of 4 or fewer nights, and $100 for stays of 5 or more nights. Cancelling, changing, or shortening a stay within a week of scheduled arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Please book with us once your plans are firm.

Children : We welcome children of ages 12 and above. Smoking : We are a non-smoking property. Pets : We have no pets and cannot accommodate pets. Stairs : We do not have an elevator but we have charming old stairways. We love to carry luggage up the stairs! Taxes/Fees : The tax rate on a stay here is 9.5%. There are no additional charges or fees for parking, WiFi, breakfast, etc.
